Printing and Shipping

Printing:

All orders are hand crafted using partial sublimation.  During this process, ink binds to polyester fibers providing the custom designed images on each of our products.  Our products that have a lower polyester count (all are 50% or greater) are subject to fade to a degree with washing.  We provide care instructions with each purchase to guide the customer on best practices to preserve the image on each product.

Processing:

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing of your order.  Upon fulfilling your order, you will be sent an email with shipping confirmation and a tracking number.

Shipping:

Domestic shipping only within the continental United States along with Hawaii and Alaska.  Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method at checkout and are only an estimate.  A Perfect Mess is not responsible for delayed shipments by the carrier.  Shipping costs are also not refundable.

Undeliverable Packages:

If your package gets returned to A Perfect Mess as "Undeliverable" or "Return to Sender", a re-shipping fee will be required.  Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.  Once a package is shipped, the destination address cannot be changed.  A Perfect Mess is not responsible for, or able to refund or replace orders shipped to the wrong address.
